General Terms and Conditions
Service Object
Grovium commits to the creation, development and/or configuration of Artificial Intelligence agents (hereinafter, "the Agent") according to the specifications agreed in the budget or order form.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and depend on technical complexity and receipt of necessary information from the client.
Unless otherwise agreed, the standard delivery time is business days after receiving training data.
Payment Methods
Payment will be made via bank transfer, card, or Stripe.
Payment model: 50% at start and 50% after final delivery / Monthly subscription.
Delay in payment of maintenance fees will result in immediate suspension of the AI Agent service.
Limitation of Liability (AI Failure)
The client accepts that AI technology (LLMs) is based on probabilistic models and therefore:
Hallucinations
The Agent may generate incorrect or inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). Grovium is not responsible for decisions made by the client or its end users based on such responses.
Supervision
The client has the obligation to supervise and validate the Agent's behavior before and after production deployment.
Third-Party Dependency
We are not responsible for service outages derived from external infrastructure providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or hosting services).
Lawful and Ethical Use
The client guarantees that they will not use AI agents for illicit purposes, hate generation, mass spam, or activities that violate the terms of service of the language model providers used.
Support and Maintenance
Unless a maintenance plan is contracted, the Agent delivery does not include updates for future changes in third-party APIs or model retraining after project acceptance.
